Terms and Conditions

•  This ticket gives you access to The Corallium VIP Experience, operated by Corallium Marine Life Institute, and is subject to the general admission terms and to the terms set out here.
•  The VIP Experience is a private package sold at a single group price for a maximum of 5 guests. It includes general admission for all participants, so no separate Corallium Journey ticket is required.
•  The price is per group and not per person. If fewer than 5 guests attend, the group still pays the full package price.
•  The package includes general admission to the Corallium Journey for up to 5 guests, a dedicated Corallium Visitor Experience Specialist for the duration of the visit, a private guided tour of the main Corallium Journey, a private Behind-the-Science Tour, a reserved table at the Corallium restaurant, and a curated dining experience for the group to the value of 600 SAR.
•  The 600 SAR dining value applies to the group as a whole and not per person. It is selected from the Corallium restaurant menu, has no cash value, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and must be used during the same day visit. Any amount spent above the value is payable by the guest, and any unused balance is forfeited.
•  Please arrive at the VIP meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals may shorten the experience, which cannot be extended, and no refund is due for any portion not used.
•  Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult, and a parent or legal guardian must give consent for any participant under 18.
•  The package is not refundable, and no shows are charged in full. You may request a date or time change up to 48 hours before the visit, subject to availability.
•  The private Behind-the-Science Tour takes place in working animal care and science areas. For the health and safety of the animals, guests must follow all staff directions, must not touch any animals, corals, equipment, or water, and may be asked to sanitize their hands before entering certain areas. Closed, flat, non slip footwear is required, and guests who feel unwell may be asked to reschedule that part of the visit.
•  Photography is welcome in the public galleries. Flash photography, and photography in certain lab or animal care areas, may be restricted at the guide's discretion. Professional camera equipment and tripods require prior approval.
•  Guests must follow all directions and safety instructions given by Corallium staff. Anyone behaving improperly or unsafely, or failing to follow instructions, may be removed from the experience and the facility without a refund.
•  Package components, routing, and animal participation may change at short notice for operational, safety, or animal welfare reasons. If Corallium cancels the experience, the package cost will be refunded, with no further compensation, cost, or expense payable.
•  Please contact us in advance to discuss any accessibility needs, as some areas on the Behind-the-Science route may have restricted access.
•  Prices are subject to change. Bookings made before a price change remain unaffected.
