• The Corallium Journey is a paid activity that requires visitors to purchase a ticket to access the site; this can be done at Corallium's Visitor Center/Reception, via the official website, or through an official third party.
• Unless otherwise stated, each ticket permits a single entry on the date specified.
•  All tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, and subject to availability.
• Dated tickets are valid only for the date and entry time selected at the time of booking. Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
•  Open-dated tickets, where offered, must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they expire and are no longer valid.
• Children below 3 years old are admitted free of charge (unless a different policy applies, e.g., events and other paid activities).
   Child rate applies to visitors aged 3 to 15 years old.
   Adult rate applies to visitors aged 16 years old and above.
• Visitors with disabilities are entitled to a 50% discount, together with one accompanying caregiver, on presentation of a valid disability card. The discount will not be applied without valid proof of entitlement
•  Discounts are not cumulative. Only one discount or offer may be applied per ticket,(How many people are entitled for discount per day /month/ year ) and discounts cannot be combined with one another or with any other promotion.
• The Red Sea Global employee discount is not applicable during public holidays.(Will we be having discounts that affiliates with goverment like fazaa and Esaad?)
• Visitors may be required to register their details on arrival or present proof of entitlement to special rates (e.g., disability card).
  For the safety and wellbeing of our animals and visitors, animals are not permitted inside the facility.
•  External food and drinks are not permitted inside the facility.
  Buyers must adhere to the ticket cancellation and refund policies as published.
•  Corallium Marine Life Institute reserves the right to revise and adjust the prices for admissions and experiences. All tickets purchased before the changes will remain unaffected.

•  All Access is a paid ticket that includes Corallium Journey admission and the Behind-the-Science Tour, operated by Corallium Marine Life Institute. It does not include any in-water experience, such as Snorkeling, SeaTREK, or Certified Diving.
• The full Corallium Journey general admission terms apply to this ticket, including those on age rates, discounts, proof of entitlement, animals, and external food and drinks.(Will the guests have certain % discount when buying food or drinks in f&b?)
• The ticket permits a single entry on the date specified, and the Behind-the-Science Tour must be taken during the same day visit. All tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, and subject to availability.
•  The Behind-the-Science Tour runs at set times and is limited to a maximum of 10 guests per session, subject to availability. We recommend reserving a tour time on arrival.
•  Please arrive at the tour meeting point at least 15 minutes before your start time. Because the tour cannot be delayed for the group, late arrivals may forfeit the tour without a refund, while keeping general admission.
•  Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult on the tour, and a parent or legal guardian must consent for any participant under 18.
•  The tour visits working animal care and science areas. Guests must follow all staff directions, must not touch any animals, corals, equipment, or water, and may be asked to sanitize their hands. Closed, flat, non slip footwear is required, and guests who feel unwell may be asked to reschedule the tour.
• Photography may be limited in some areas at the guide's discretion, and flash photography is not permitted. Tickets are not refundable, and no shows for the tour are not entitled to a refund. Date or time changes may be requested up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Tour content and routing may change for operational, safety, or animal welfare reasons. If Corallium cancels the tour, the tour portion is refunded, general admission remains valid, and no further compensation is payable.
• Prices are subject to change. Bookings made before a price change remain unaffected.
