Terms and Conditions

  • This ticket gives you access to the in-water experience indicated at Corallium Marine Life Institute, operated by GALAXEA. Use of the facility and entry to the animal habitat are subject to the general admission terms and to the terms set out here.
  •  This experience does not include the admission to the Corallium Journey, this is sold as a separated ticket.
  •  Please arrive at the Visitor Center desk 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will be treated as a no show and are not entitled to a refund.
  •  For anyone below 18 years, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a waiver form aknowledging the participation of the minor in the activity.
  •  Activities are not refundable, and no shows are charged in full. You may request a date or time change up to 48 hours before your booking by contacting our reservations team, subject to availability.
  •  Each experience is a guided group activity and is not private. A maximum of 4(four) guests applies per session, and Corallium may change capacity at its discretion.
  •  Guests must bring their own swimwear. All necessary equipment for the activity are provided on site.
  •  Personal belongings, including phones and cameras, are not permitted in the water for guest and animal safety. A photographer may capture images from the viewing areas.
  •  You must follow all directions and safety instructions given by the staff. Anyone who pulls, grabs, touches, feeds, or otherwise behaves unsafely toward the animals, or who fails to follow instructions, may be removed from the experience and the facility, denied re-entry, and refused a refund, together with their group.
  •  The assessment of each participant's fitness, qualification, and suitability is made solely at the discretion of Corallium staff. A guest deemed unfit or unsuitable will receive a refund of the experience ticket only, and not of general admission.
  •  Program times, components, and animal participation may change. If Corallium cancels your booking, the cost of the experience will be refunded, with no further compensation, cost, or expense payable.
  •  Guests must be in good general health and should not consume substances that may alter physical and mental abilities for at least 12 hours before the experience. Use of the facility and entry to the animal habitat are at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Corallium accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained.
  •  Prices are subject to change. Bookings made before a price change remain unaffected.
    Medical and safety exclusions (apply to SeaTREK, Certified Diving, and Snorkeling where relevant)
  • Participation may not be suitable for guests with any of the following, and Corallium may decline participation on safety grounds. If you have any question about a medical condition and participation, please consult your doctor before booking.

~ Back or neck conditions
~ Seizures or epilepsy
~ Respiratory conditions, including asthma
~ Pregnancy
~ Recent fractures, or a prosthetic limb where mobility is affected
~ High blood pressure or heart conditions
~ Anxiety, claustrophobia, or other conditions that the experience could aggravate
~ Any other condition that could be worsened by the activity

Certified Scuba Diving: additional terms

  •  Guests must hold a current, recognized scuba certification from an organization such as PADI, NAUI, CMAS, BSAC, or SSI, and must present the certification card at check in. Guests who cannot show proof of certification will not be permitted to dive.
  •  Minimum age is 10 years. Divers aged 10 to 14 hold a junior certification and must dive accompanied by a certified parent or legal guardian or a Corallium dive professional, within the depth limits appropriate to their certification.
  •  Maximum depth is 10 meters.
  •  The experience lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes, with 30 to 45 minutes in the water.
  •  Guests must hold their own medical or dive insurance that covers scuba diving activities. This is not provided by Corallium.
  •  Guests must bring their own swimwear. A wetsuit and all diving equipment are provided. Guests may bring their own mask, fins, or dive computer, but for guest and animal safety may not use their own wetsuit, buoyancy device, or regulator.
  •  Glasses cannot be worn while diving. Guests who need corrective lenses must provide their own prescription mask.
  •  Guests must be able to read and follow instructions given in English underwater.
  •  Guests should not fly or ascend above 300 meters or 1,000 feet within 18 hours after diving, and should not consume alcohol for at least 12 hours before the dive.
